A Special Story From Memphis That Continues to Unfold...

A young couple with 5 children called about a few of our homes in Memphis, Tennessee. One of these homes turned out to be a perfect fit for this large family and they subsequently signed a contract to purchase the property. Yet another example of how Pinnacle Property Solutions is able to breathe life back into an REO property by turning these houses into homes where families live and memories are made.

But that's only the beginning of this story. One of this young couple's children, a 6 year old boy, is battling brain cancer and is being treated at St. Jude's Hospital. As you can imagine, the monthly budget is very tight for this family and their challenges are many. Yet, this young mother is able to care for all these precious children and attend college to earn a degree in criminal justice. The father spends every spare moment enhancing the home by installing new carpet, giving the walls a fresh coat of paint and making numerous other improvements to make this the best home possible for his family.

Inspired by this family, two employees at Pinnacle Property Solutions reached out and asked the mother if the family needed anything to which the mother replied they could use a washer and dryer. The employees contacted a local appliance company in Memphis and told them about this family and their need for a new washer and dryer. The appliance company graciously donated the appliances to the family at no cost. 

We are happy to report that the 6 year old boy with brain cancer has now received a stem cell transplant and has been given a very positive prognosis for a full recovery!

Youlanda called one day about a home in Detroit Michigan. She and Marese have 5 young boys. Youlanda and Marese were also awarded custody of his son. Detroit statistics show one of those young black men will not survive to adulthood in the Detroit environment. Youlanda and Marese prayed for a safe home for their children.
